  • There are no returns allowed. We do exchanges ONLY. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.

HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
  • You have 5 business days from the delivery date to reach out to us and start the exchange process.

WHAT ITEMS ARE EXCHANGEABLE?
  • Most apparel is exchangeable. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached original packaging. Damaged items will not be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
The following items are excluded and cannot be exchanged:

  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Worn items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear
  • Damaged items WILL NOT be accepted.
